Job Summary
Coordinate daily sign-in/out of master keys and track vacant dirty rooms to notify management of concerns. Assign special cleaning duties such as high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot maintenance to housekeepers. Take full responsibility for AAA inspection rooms, ensuring all designated spaces meet or exceed required standards. Monitor general cleaning execution for bedspreads, tub/tile, and mildew to maintain high cleanliness standards. Work full-time 10am to 6pm at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa within the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- dedicated and detail-oriented
- ability to coordinate and supervise daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
- ability to coordinate daily sign-in/out of master keys/section keys
- ability to track vacant dirty (VD) rooms
- ability to assign daily special assignments
- ability to ensure general cleaning and tracking of bedspreads, tub/tile, and mildew
- ability to take full responsibility for AAA inspection rooms
- ability to ensure rooms meet or exceed AAA guidelines
