Housekeeping Supervisor (FT)

Coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections by inspecting guest rooms, overseeing floor closing procedures, and managing room attendant assignments. Conduct daily performance inspections, supervise laundry and housekeeping staff, and maintain key control systems while ensuring all Aimbridge Hospitality standards are met. Handle VIP room availability reports, process lost and found items, and initiate maintenance work orders for repairs. Provide constructive training to associates, monitor cleanliness of carts and closets, and submit documentation regarding performance or misconduct. Maintain regular attendance and carry active communication devices throughout the shift.
