Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for leading the Canopy by Hilton Park City Deer Valley housekeeping team to maintain top-tier cleanliness and guest comfort. Duties include supervising Room Attendants and House Attendants, conducting pre-shift briefings, ensuring Canopy brand standards are met, performing detailed room and area inspections, coordinating deep-clean projects, managing inventory and stock control of supplies, training and mentoring staff, resolving performance and guest-service issues, managing communications and dispatch via the property management system (PMS) and service-tracking tools (e.g., OnQ PMS, HotSos), and ensuring safety compliance (OSHA guidelines). The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, excellent verbal and written communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a distinct advantage; minimum 2 years experience in hotel Front Office; at least 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality; prior housekeeping supervisory experience preferred; Hilton brand experience a plus; ability to lead and motivate a team; strong organizational and communication skills; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
