Job Summary
Schedule room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage, train employees on job duties and equipment needs, and monitor performance to address deficiencies. Inspect assigned rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness and repair standards, while responding to guest complaints and special requests to achieve satisfaction. Notify management when supply or equipment par levels are insufficient. Requires 1-2 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory skills, ability to stand for 8 hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time role with health, dental, PTO, and 401(k) matching at Excel Hotel Group.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Must be able to follow verbal directions
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day
