Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee environmental operations for assigned accounts by assigning cleaning tasks, supervising staff activities, and inspecting work against cleanliness standards. Manage daily workflows by planning schedules, inventorying supplies, issuing equipment, and handling solvent safety compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Investigate service complaints, conduct in-service training, and prepare periodic reports on assignments and timecards. Maintain professional relationships with clients and department heads to improve service efficiency. Requires bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish or Creole), valid Florida driver's license, and ability to lift 30–45 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Knowledge of telephone protocol
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Use of smart phone
- Ability to send email communications
- Ability to develop field procedures
- Ability to prepare and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public
- Minimum of at least 2 years previous supervisory experience
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, or Creole
- Valid Florida Driver's license
- Good physical and mental health
- Ability to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to move continuously during work hours
- Must be able to lift and/or carry 30 to 45 pounds
