Job Summary
Oversee environmental operations for assigned accounts by ensuring client requests are assigned to personnel and completed daily. Supervise cleaning staff, assign duties, and inspect work for conformance to cleanliness standards while managing inventory and issuing supplies. Handle various chemicals in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, and investigate complaints to take corrective action. Conduct in-service training on policies and equipment, and prepare periodic reports on assignments and timecards. Requires bi-lingual skills (English, Spanish, or Creole), a valid Florida driver's license, and ability to lift 30–45 pounds on a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Knowledge of telephone protocol
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Use of smart phone
- Ability to send email communications
- Ability to develop field procedures
- Ability to prepare and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public
- Minimum of at least 2 years previous supervisory experience
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, or Creole
- Valid Florida Driver's license
- Good physical and mental health
- Ability to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to move continuously during work hours
- Must be able to lift and/or carry 30 to 45 pounds
