Job Summary
Open and/or close the department daily, reporting room status to the front desk and inspecting or cleaning multiple rooms. Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff while assisting with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found, and scheduling. Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile, then support the maintenance team by reporting broken, defective, or missing items. Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals. Requires continuous movement, lifting up to 25 pounds, and availability for weekends and holidays.
