Job Summary
Supervises daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas at DoubleTree by Hilton Portland; provides training, coaching, and quality inspections for Room Attendants, Housepersons, Public Area Attendants, and Laundry Attendants; ensures adherence to Hilton and DoubleTree brand cleanliness standards; manages labor productivity, safety compliance, and guest satisfaction; conducts inspections, coordinates with Front Desk and maintenance, and oversees scheduling, inventory, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
