Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housepersons. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met. Assign daily tasks and adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and operational needs. Train, coach, and motivate team members while assisting with scheduling, payroll review, and timekeeping. Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards. Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate ordering needs. Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations. Full-time schedule includes AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; $20 per hour. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
