Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations. Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service while conducting inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy work environment. Requires 6 months experience in housekeeping, proven supervisory skills, and bilingual ability.
