Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations. Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service while conducting inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and assist in scheduling staff shifts. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Requires 6 months of housekeeping experience, proven supervisory skills, and proficiency with housekeeping software. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
