Housekeeping Supervisor

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned hotel areas while resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. Verify room status on morning reports, prioritize check-out rooms, and update discrepant room statuses throughout the shift. Directly supervise staff by assigning keys, distributing assignment sheets, coordinating breaks, and inspecting carts and cleaned rooms against designated checklists. Relay deficiencies to Room Attendants, complete maintenance work orders, and conduct staff training. Document pertinent information in the department log book, complete night counts, and review assignments with the manager before closing duties.
