Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise housekeeping staff by coordinating work activities, assigning keys and beeps, and distributing assignment sheets. Resolve guest complaints, monitor cleanliness and sanitation, and verify room status on AM and PM reports. Inspect rooms and public areas using designated checklists, relay deficiencies to Room Attendants, and approve cleanliness before updating room status. Complete work orders for maintenance, conduct staff training, and document pertinent information in the department log book. Review status of assignments with the manager, complete night counts, and finalize paperwork before leaving.
