Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of rental-program condominium units to CoralTree standards while supervising, training, and inspecting housekeeping staff and contracted cleaners. Perform post-turn unit inspections, document deficiencies, and route maintenance items to engineering. Manage par levels for linen, amenities, and supplies, placing orders within budget. Coordinate spring and fall deep cleans including window washing, drapery cleaning, and carpet shampooing. Partner with the Public Area Attendant to ensure common areas meet premium resort standards and enforce safety and OSHA compliance. This hands-on role requires cleaning units as a core duty alongside leading the team at Crystal Peak Lodge.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of professional cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or premium residential setting, including hands-on cleaning of guest rooms or condominium units
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak turn days
- Demonstrate the ability to build personal credibility by behaving with the highest ethical standards, respecting and treating others fairly, and inspiring trust with guests, owners, and team members
- Demonstrate the ability to develop self and others through coaching, training, and continuous learning

Desired Qualifications
- One or more years in a lead or supervisor role preferred
- Detail-obsessed with proven ability to deliver consistent rental-ready quality
- Breezeway experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish a strong plus
