Job Summary
Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to maintain high cleanliness and service standards across guest rooms and public areas. Inspect rooms to verify adherence to hotel standards, provide training and guidance to staff, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with courtesy, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation procedures. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
