Job Summary
Supervise and control room attendants and housepersons, ensuring daily cleanliness, arrangement, and supply of all guest rooms in an assigned section. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain brand standards, deal promptly with guest complaints, and conduct ongoing training to increase job knowledge. Assist in pre-shift meetings, key distribution, and house opening/closing while managing linen rooms, laundry areas, and storage. Maintain ready status of all rooms, complete maintenance service requests, and ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures. Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, covering shifts as needed to support the team's full potential.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of two years' experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a housekeeping or cleaning department
- preferably in a similar sized hotel property
- Hospitality or Tourism program graduate or degree holder
- outstanding work ethic
- track record of reliability

- strong commitment to Safety

- adept at training, coaching and motivating a team
- exceptional problem-solver
- knowing how to troubleshoot and resolve situations efficiently
