Housekeeping Supervisor

Clean resident apartments by sweeping, dusting, damp mopping, disinfecting, and replacing trash liners while adhering to community policies. Oversee team members, display tact and friendliness with residents and families, and report health, safety, or sanitation concerns immediately. Monitor waste removal throughout the shift, lock and control all supplies and carts to prevent unauthorized access, and ensure hazardous materials are stored properly. Comply with Clearwater Living standards for safe operations and may assist in moving residents during emergencies. Maintain a professional image and represent core values on a daily basis while performing other assigned tasks.
