Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor role in Fort McMurray supporting camp operations. Supervises Camp Attendants, Janitors, and other staff; assigns rooms, coordinates with front desk to ensure seamless guest experiences; trains new employees on standards; prepares toolbox briefs; manages linen counts, inventories, and safety meetings; drives quality and standards to meet performance goals; requires a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and formal housekeeping training; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential; position follows a 20 days on, 10 days off rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-years’ experience in a supervisory role in a related industry
- Front office experience is an asset, formal housekeeping training is required
- Computer literacy in Microsoft products including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with hotel management/ property systems would be an asset
- Must be able to pass Pre-Access (drug/alcohol) test
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Able to manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
