Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff for commercial and industrial premises, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees. Plan and assign work schedules, direct daily operations, and appraise performance while addressing complaints and resolving problems. Inspect work to ensure standards are met, evaluate facility conditions, and coordinate with other departments for efficient service delivery. Check equipment maintenance, instruct staff on policies, and perform or assist with cleaning duties as needed. Select appropriate materials for linens, furniture, flooring, and surfaces.
