Job Summary
Lead a bilingual housekeeping team as a Supervisor to organize shifts, train and motivate room attendants, and ensure tidiness of private and public areas. Oversee daily staff activities, check rooms and common areas for cleanliness, schedule replacements, establish cleanliness and hygiene standards, respond to guest requests and complaints, monitor stock of cleaning products, participate in large cleaning projects, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies to maintain smooth housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma is a plus
