Housekeeping Supervisor

Direct or indirectly supervise associates and supervisors, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and resolving complaints. Ensure overall hotel cleanliness by supervising daily housekeeping activities, maintaining work schedules, and coordinating with other departments. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces using a 100-point room inspection system to meet brand standards. Train staff on safety protocols and service excellence while managing requisitions, purchasing supplies, and enforcing safety rules. Coordinate with engineering for maintenance needs and monitor performance metrics to ensure compliance with franchise standards. Full-time hours available with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
