Housekeeping Supervisor

Deliver a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor and supervise Housekeeping Assistants, communicating daily tasks and priorities in line with company processes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both public and private areas while addressing room issues with other team members promptly. Effectively manage complaints using service recovery principles and coach staff on performance. Ensure all Housekeeping Assistants receive full training for their roles. Work within a 34-hour week across five days at the Holiday Inn Express Southampton.
