Job Summary
Leads and participates in housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public spaces meet luxury boutique standards. Supervises and coaches team members, trains staff on cleaning procedures and safety, assists with daily room assignments and workflow planning, and ensures timely preparation of guestrooms. Collaborates with Front Office and Engineering to deliver seamless guest experiences, maintains inventory and safety of cleaning supplies and equipment, and upholds OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures. Demonstrates attention to detail, guest focus, and a professional hospitality demeanor while driving room readiness and staff engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to inspect rooms with strong attention to detail
- Ability to clean rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds
