Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise housekeeping operations, inspect rooms, train staff, assign rooms, and counsel employees to ensure guest rooms are clean, fully stocked, and inviting while meeting brand standards. Address guests' queries, manage BOH hiring (excluding maintenance unless directed), uphold labor standards, and ensure QA targets (e.g., Medallia/Brand QA scores) are met. Maintain supplies, uniforms, and equipment; provide leadership in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper; ensure security guidelines are followed and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
