Housekeeping Supervisor

Coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections by inspecting guest rooms, overseeing daily floor closures, and ensuring Room Attendants carry assigned work duties. Supervise all staff in Laundry and Housekeeping, conduct daily performance inspections, and provide constructive training while maintaining key control and lost-and-found records. Assume Housekeeping Manager functions during absences, including VIP room availability reporting to Front Office and initiating maintenance work orders for repairs. Monitor cleanliness of carts, linen closets, and stairways; submit documentation for performance issues, absenteeism, and misconduct. Carry active radio to maintain contact with Front Office and Engineering throughout the shift.
