Housekeeping Supervisor

Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and staff performance to ensure standards and productivity are met. Oversee floor closing procedures, manage key control systems, and assign duties to Room Attendants and House Attendants. Coordinate maintenance work orders for repairs and monitor VIP guest requests. Submit documentation regarding misconduct or absenteeism and initiate training programs for associates. Maintain contact with Front Office and Engineering via pager or radio while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality policies. Report progress on out-of-order rooms to Guest Services and attend management meetings as required.
