Housekeeping Supervisor

Administer and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections, inspecting guest rooms to ensure they meet standards and assisting room attendants as needed. Oversee staff performance daily, supervise laundry and housekeeping operations, and manage key control and daily assignments. In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, assume all manager functions including VIP room inspections and reporting to the Front Office. Initiate maintenance work orders for repairs and ensure proper training, motivation, and documentation of staff conduct. Maintain high personal appearance standards, monitor cleanliness of carts and closets, and handle lost-and-found items per Aimbridge Hospitality policies. Carry active radio contact with Front Office and Engineering throughout the shift.
