Housekeeping Supervisor

Administer and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections, inspecting guest rooms to ensure they meet standards and assisting room attendants as needed. Supervise all staff in laundry and housekeeping, holding them accountable for work performance while overseeing daily duty assignments and maintaining key control systems. Inspect staff performance daily, report VIP room availability to the front office, and initiate maintenance work orders for repairs. Monitor cleanliness of carts, closets, and stairways, submit documentation for performance issues, and ensure associates remain attentive and courteous to guests. Carry an active pager to maintain contact with front office and engineering throughout the shift.
