Housekeeping Supervisor

Coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections by inspecting guest rooms, overseeing floor closing, and ensuring Room Attendants carry daily assignments. Supervise all staff in Laundry and Housekeeping, conducting daily performance inspections, coaching, and counseling. Manage key control, lost and found items, and out-of-order room reports while initiating and following up on maintenance work orders. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, and safe operations. Carry active communication devices to support Front Office and Engineering. Assume Housekeeping Manager functions during absences.
