Housekeeping Supervisor

Inspect guest rooms and VIP rooms daily to ensure cleanliness standards, oversee floor closing procedures, and maintain key control systems. Supervise all staff in Laundry and Housekeeping, including Room Attendants and House Attendants, by monitoring performance, assigning duties, and conducting constructive training. Initiate work orders for repairs and report on out-of-order rooms to Guest Services, while handling lost and found items and submitting documentation for misconduct or absenteeism. Carry active communication equipment to maintain contact with Front Office and Engineering throughout the shift. This role requires at least two to three years of progressive experience in a hotel setting and compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor reports to Management and may assume all Housekeeping Manager functions in their absence.
