Housekeeping Supervisor

Coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections by inspecting guest rooms, overseeing floor closing procedures, and managing room attendant assignments. Supervise staff performance, conduct daily training, and maintain key control and lost-and-found records. In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, assume all manager functions including VIP room inspections and reporting to the Front Office. Initiate maintenance work orders for repairs and ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safety, grooming, and guest service. Monitor cleanliness of carts, closets, and stairways while tracking out-of-order rooms to the Guest Services Manager. Carry active radio communication throughout the shift and attend required management meetings.
