Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping department operations, conducting inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards. Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations including proper chemical handling. Collaborate with Front Office and managers to coordinate services and resolve issues, performing deep cleaning projects and assisting during high-volume periods as needed. Maintain exceptional service standards across all facility areas while fostering a supportive team culture.
