Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead and supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring service standards and organizational policies are consistently followed. Conduct daily briefings to inform room attendants of priorities, then train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a collaborative environment. Handle guest concerns with empathy, logging issues and notifying departments promptly while monitoring work quality and providing constructive feedback. Identify maintenance needs, report equipment requirements, and ensure safety protocols are strictly adhered to throughout the department. Make decisive decisions to resolve operational challenges and contribute to process improvements during departmental meetings. Maintain detailed records of team performance and guest feedback. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
