Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations; lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team; conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand guidelines; manage inventory, supplies, and equipment; collaborate with other departments to address guest needs; implement health and safety protocols; create staff schedules and manage recruitment/onboarding; handle guest complaints and maintain records; stay updated on industry best practices to improve housekeeping processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management education is a plus
