Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. Lead and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operation to ensure service standards are met, handle guest concerns, participate in daily briefings, ensure Room Attendants are informed about priorities, and follow safety and sanitation policies. Requirements include proficient English, a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), at least 1 year supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Hotel Property Management System (Micros-Fidelio) is desirable; must be able to perform duties with attention to detail under pressure.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel Housekeeping environment
- Proficient in English (verbal & written) essential
