Job Summary
Directly supervise Suite Attendants in a luxury hotel setting, mentor newer staff, coach on cleaning techniques and service sequence during live inspections, model professionalism and brand standards, communicate daily priorities and assignments, document performance observations, inspect 100% of arrival rooms and stayovers for newer staff, and manage VR release documentation to enable upsell opportunities. The role emphasizes timely, precise inspections, adherence to Do Not Disturb/privacy protocols, and maintaining guest-ready suites in line with luxury standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment (minimum)
- Ability to supervise and mentor attendants
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing steps
- Authorization to work in the United States (IRCA)
