Job Summary
Supervise room inspections, staff schedules, and daily housekeeping operations; maintain inventory and linen procedures; liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness; respond to guest requests and handle VIP setups with urgency and care; train, mentor, and induct new team members while promoting a positive work environment; handle guest and staff issues professionally, conducting morning briefs and team meetings; requires at least 2 years supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping or accommodation services.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years supervisory / team leader experience in hotel housekeeping or accommodation services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team
- Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and manual handling procedures
