Housekeeping Supervisor 20/hr

Inspect guest rooms and VIP accommodations to ensure cleaning standards, oversee daily floor closing procedures, and manage room attendant carts and linen closets. Supervise all staff in Laundry and Housekeeping, conduct daily performance inspections, and coach associates on service, grooming, and attendance. Maintain key control systems, track work assignments, and initiate maintenance work orders for repairs. Submit documentation for performance issues and lost-and-found items while monitoring VIP requests and out-of-order rooms. Carry active radio communication with Front Office and Engineering throughout the shift.
