Job Summary
Perform routine cleaning duties throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain a clean and presentable environment for customers and staff. Ensure restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly, restocking supplies, and maintain break rooms and hospitality spaces to be tidy and properly stocked. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste safely, while monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management when replenishment is needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations while using chemicals and equipment, and participate in special cleaning projects such as seasonal deep cleaning or floor waxing. Must be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Ability to take direction: Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team while ensuring tasks are completed according to company procedures.
- Knowledge of Cleaning Products: Understanding of proper cleaning techniques and the appropriate use of cleaning products for different surfaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Efficiency & Speed: Ability to work quickly without compromising quality, maintaining productivity during shifts.
- Physical Stamina: This role requires frequent bending, kneeling, and walking (approximately 80% of the time), with the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule to ensure the store remains clean during high-traffic periods.
