Job Summary

Housekeeping Staff responsible for overseeing the organization and administrative management of the department, ensuring quality of room service, supervising and motivating the housekeeping team, adjusting schedules to match business activity, training new hires, and acting as General Housekeeper in the absence of the role partner. Requires proficiency in Opéra software, fluency in English, at least 5 years of 5-star hotel housekeeping experience, strong hospitality focus, and a commitment to service quality within a luxury setting (Barrière Fouquet’s/Mykonos). Seasonal position with start ASAP and continuation through mid-October; location in Mykonos, Greece, with in-person work. Responsibilities include compliance with Barrière procedures and LQA standards, and contributing to an exceptional Mediterranean hospitality experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel
  • Proficient in Opéra software
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong customer focus and hospitality experience
  • Natural people skills and attention to detail
  • Team leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Ability to train and welcome new employees
  • Ability to adjust schedules based on business activity
  • Knowledge of Barrière procedures and LQA standards
  • Availability for ASAP start and seasonal engagement
