Job Summary
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and dusting surfaces in office, lobby, break rooms, and restrooms. Sanitize high-touch areas, empty waste bins, and polish glass partitions while adhering to safety protocols for chemicals and PPE. Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report maintenance issues like leaks or broken fixtures to management. Ensure designated doors and windows remain securely locked. This role requires a flexible schedule, potentially outside normal business hours, and involves physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or similar role
- Experience with professional cleaning products, equipment, and methods
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently within a set schedule
- The ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 pounds for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone with minimal supervision while staying on task
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively if a team is assigned
- Trustworthy and professional
