Housekeeping Service Attendant

Clean and service guest rooms, apartments, and common areas in accordance with Urban Rest standards, including making beds, changing linen, and sanitizing all surfaces. Complete full turnover cleaning between guest stays and provide mid-stay service, while dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and restocking guest amenities. Ensure each property is fully prepared prior to arrival, conduct final inspections, and report damages or maintenance issues promptly. Travel between locations to clean apartments and rooms, returning equipment and keys at shift's end. Maintain adequate stock levels, follow safety guidelines, and resolve guest complaints or inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Work a rotating roster across seven days.
