Job Summary
Lead and coordinate housekeeping staff in a hotel, resolving guest complaints and ensuring cleanliness and organization. Maintains knowledge of room status updates, assigns and reviews staff assignments, inspects rooms and public areas with checklists, trains staff, provides performance feedback, documents issues and work orders, and collaborates with management to uphold departmental standards. Maintains supply levels, ensures security of room keys, and supports ongoing operational tasks and discipline as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 years experience as Room Attendant
