Job Summary
Respond to HotSOS service orders promptly and deliver linens, cribs, highchairs, shower benches, and guest amenities with a smile. Pick up used items for proper sanitation, keep storage areas organized and stocked, and assist with bed making while protecting assigned equipment. Report damaged items immediately and follow safety guidelines while standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work in all outdoor weather conditions, use or learn HotSOS systems, and jump in to help other team members. Maintain professionalism and positive energy while supporting smooth housekeeping operations at Westgate Branson Woods Resort.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate
- Candidates are required to pass a background check, drug test, and demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
