Housekeeping Runner

Deliver items to guest rooms (rollaway beds, refrigerators, towels, toiletries, messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, gifts), deliver to-go orders, restock linens and amenities, and provide excellent guest service. Follow all policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, acknowledge guests, communicate clearly, and develop positive working relationships with team members. Comply with quality assurance standards, read and verify information, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs or ramps.
