Job Summary
Collect soiled linen and trash from Room Attendants, maintain organized linen drops, and deliver guest items like robes and cribs. Perform occupancy checks, report damages, and assist with amenities refilling. Clear used dishes for Room Service and help F&B teams as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining knowledge of resort services and local attractions. This full-time seasonal role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working on feet for extended periods. Employees receive a free All Mountain Ski Pass, discounted F&B and retail access, and eligibility for team housing.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow a task list and complete assignments independently
- Willingness to learn the Alice ticketing system
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability based on business needs
