Housekeeping Room Attendant

Check housekeeping cart for supplies, stock as needed, and greet guests immediately with friendly acknowledgement. Strip dirty linens and remove amenities, then clean assigned rooms by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows. Replenish linen and guest amenities, clean balconies if applicable, and report maintenance deficiencies to ensure compliance with OSHA and hotel standards. Respond to special requests such as providing extra amenities. Requires ability to follow verbal directions and thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures. Must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal background screening, and be authorized to work in the US. Continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and standing for entire shifts are required.
