Job Summary
Clean and service guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards, restock linens and amenities, and inspect areas for cleanliness while reporting maintenance concerns promptly. Respond to guest requests with professionalism, maintain organization of assigned spaces and carts, and follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations. Available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, with a typical start time of 9:00 AM and end time varying based on business needs. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
