Housekeeping Room Attendant

Maintain guest rooms and suites to a high standard, ensuring they are fresh and welcoming after a busy day. Assist guests with items like toothbrushes or directions, and keep supervisors updated on room service progress and any repairs needed. Monitor and control supplies and amenities while minimizing waste, and reunite lost items with owners by logging them per established procedures. Follow safety procedures, wear protective equipment, and maintain a uniform. Perform ad-hoc duties, including deep cleaning projects and turndown services, while working as part of a team. This physical role requires standing most of the day, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending or kneeling, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
