Job Summary
Housekeeping Room Attendant cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas to established cleanliness standards, maintains and restocks supplies, resets linens, inspects locks and lighting, and ensures a safe, comfortable environment for guests. Key duties include cleaning rooms and public areas, setting up and maintaining cleaning carts, sanitizing restrooms, restocking towels, soaps, and amenities, mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture, inspecting security and lighting, and maintaining a friendly, courteous demeanor while adhering to flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles
- operation of standard cleaning equipment
- ability to scrub and scour surfaces
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
